- 6 oz Ground Almonds
- 2 Egg Whites
- 4 oz Suagr
- a splodge of Water
Mix the ground almonds with the sugar and a little water until they start to make a paste.
Whisk the egg whites until they are soft and fluffy, stop before they reach stiff peaks.
Stir the almond mix into the egg whites and place in little dollops on rice paper, or greased baking paper if you don't have any rice paper.
Put in a preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until your macaroons turn a light golden colour. Leave to cool before serving.
